The official American nascency certificate.
The parents' Family Extract of the Civil Register.
The parents' union has to exist registered prior to the registration of their children. However, if the marriage has not yet been registered, it is possible to register the marriage and nascency at the same time.
A return self-addressed stamped envelope.
A notarized copy of the nascency certificate for non-Lebanese mothers. An official translation to Arabic is required if the certificate is neither in English nor in French.
